MSC University is an accredited in-house apprenticeship certified through the Department of Labor, designed to give people a path from entry-level positions to long-term careers. Apprentices can specialize in HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting or sheet metal. Every participant is given the chance to earn while they learn, gaining the skills needed to succeed in the trades.
Hands-On Learning with Certified Instructors
Our new training facility provides a space where students get practical, hands-on experience. Certified instructors, trained through the National Center for Construction Education and Research, lead classes that mirror real-world job requirements. From cutting pipe to hanging duct, apprentices work with tools and materials they will use on job sites every day. This approach builds confidence and proficiency while reinforcing classroom knowledge.
