Client: Memphis College Prep
Client Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Project Scope: Memphis College Prep is a tuition-free K-5 public charter school located in Memphis, TN. Since 2018, the MSC Family has partnered with Memphis College Prep to fully retrofit an old school footprint with failing equipment into a comfortable school environment that utilizes multiple HVAC technologies and controls. To protect their investment in their new equipment, Mechanical Systems Company also provides a Guaranteed Life Protection service agreement with MCP. This agreement has shifted the ownership risk for maintenance and replacement of HVAC equipment from MCP to MSC. We are thankful for the opportunity to support MCP with HVAC and Plumbing services.
