Project Scope: As part of the nation’s largest cooperative wholesaler, American Wholesale Grocers (AWG) depends on the reliability and efficiency of its distribution centers all across the country. American Wholesale Grocers partnered with our experts at Mechanical Systems Company for the construction of its Southhaven, MS distribution center location. 1M sq ft 80’ tall warehouse, contract approx. $6M warehouse is cooled and heated by rooftop units, multiple circulation fans, office RTUs, exhaust fans, stand-alone controls, sheet metal and duct work, gas piping, sewer, domestic water piping, site sewer and water, air piping, and other fixtures.
