Project Scope: Dixon Gallery and Gardens is where art and nature meet. The gallery hosts traveling art exhibits and displays its own in-house collection in the galleries nestled in 17 acres of public gardens in Memphis, TN. Since 2020 Mechanical Systems Company has been partnering with Dixon Gallery and Gardens to maintain the environment required to not only keep guests comfortable but protect the exhibits on display. On top of supporting Dixon Gallery and Gardens in their expansion efforts, we have created a plan for future upgrades to their existing equipment and their building control systems. This allows them to better manage their capital planning process for HVAC systems.
