Mechanical Systems Installs New Chillers for Majestic Gardens

The HVAC chillers at Majestic Gardens in Memphis have been providing cool air for the residents and staff of the rehabilitation and skilled nursing center since the 1960s. For some time, Mechanical Systems has been maintaining and operating the dated chillers, making sure they were running smoothly and efficiently until they could replace the equipment with new, more advanced machinery. With the arrival of the facility’s newest Daikin 100-ton Air Cooled Chillers, Mechanical Systems went to work installing the modern technology. The new chillers will continue to produce cool air for the facility and will give workers better peace of mind knowing their system is updated and in good hands with Mechanical Systems.
